The Rheem Replacement Parts Division (RPD) introduced the
PROSTOCK® program to Rheem and Ruud Distributors in 2001, as a way for
them to grow their businesses and to enhance their showrooms.
By the end of 2011, Rheem and Ruud Distributors will have opened over 225 PROSTOCK
stores in the United States and Canada. PROSTOCK stores feature shopper-friendly, self service-targeted
retail showrooms that emphasize Contractors getting what they need and back out
to the job site as quickly as possible.
The RPD supports a network of independent HVAC parts outlets under the PROSTOCK
brand name. PROSTOCK stores use the latest in parts merchandising and customer-friendly
store layouts to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction, inventory availability
and quality standards in the industry. PROSTOCK provides
industry contractors and professionals of all brands with a network of well-located,
